Responsible for providing users and Partners technological exchanges and education , training and instruction;
Answer difficult questions for customers on products and their use;
Complete call center technology development projects independently or with the team and solutions design;
Maintain good coordination and communication with clients, and be able to formulate the basis of customer demand for technology solutions and products;
Responsible for CRM product services, including systems integration project implementation, system construction and testing.
Job Requirements:
